How do I change my email address?

How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link.
Can I change my child's details?
Yes! Go to Kids Profiles → Select the child → Edit Profile. You can update their name, age, and year group.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account Settings → Delete Account. Please note this action is permanent and cannot be undone. All data will be deleted.

How much does it cost?
£5.99/month for UK residents or $7.99/month for US and other countries. First 30 days are free!
When will I be charged?
You won't be charged during your 30-day free trial. After the trial, you'll be billed monthly on the same day each month.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment partner Stripe.
Can I get a refund?
If you're not satisfied within your first 30 days, contact us for a full refund. After that, cancellation stops future charges but doesn't refund the current period.
